    JobSummary

    KeyAccountabilities:

    Specific for Multimedia: Inform Department Manager of unavailableand nonperformingproducts.

    Provide exceptional customer service by performing up-selling,cross-selling, suggesting alternatives and following up oncustomersrequests.

    Specific for Multimedia: Up-sell and cross-sell products andservices in order to reach hourly and daily salestargets.

    Ensure smooth and efficient receiving process of items/shipments,as well as accurate stock keeping preventing security risks andthefts by performing physical and electronic inventory as required,reporting broken alarms, incidents, suspiciousactivities.

    Arrange and replenish on a continuous basis the shop shelves andensure that the shop floor and shelves are kept clean and tidy atall times in alignment with the brands image and coordinationstandards.

    Handle cash register and transactions with the customers in aneffective and accurate manner asrequired.

    Specific for Fashion: Take accurate measurements for any neededalteration, assign price according to set price list (whenapplicable) and coordinate neededalterations.

    Greet customers, offer assistance and serve them in order to ensuretheir needs are answered in a timely manner and in compliance withquality and customer servicestandards.

    Specific for Multimedia: Merchandize products under the appropriatesections according to sales trends, date of release, and as per theDepartment Managerrecommendations

    Requirements

    Qualifications,Experience,Knowledge:
