    Job Description

    This is a remote position.

    • Reporting to the Head of Strategy, you will become the Strategic foundation for the Saudi clients, covering client briefings, debriefs and research requirements.
    • Pitch with finely tuned credentials and service offerings. Deconstruct and analyze pitch briefs then hone and develop a strategic response which demonstrates our creative and strategic competencies in a compelling manner for clients.
    • Figure out client briefs and underlying problems, set client goals and objectives, identify your audience, develop a strategy while guiding creative teams to create innovative measures and tactics, set key performance indicators, and eventually, measure and optimize your strategic plan.
    • Deliver strategic guidance, leadership and direction for non digital as well as digitally-driven platforms across all of the agency's accounts.
    • Bring to life focused and inspiring creative briefs for the team, co-authoring with senior creatives when needed.
    • Construct brand positioning models, distilling our thinking, and polishing concepts to deliver a simple and highly engaging proposition.
    • Lead digital and/or brand strategic workshops and strategy presentations – researching the markets and categories. Prepare presentations to the team that scrutinize client research, and help turn insights into compelling creative.
    • Build the strategic skeleton to underpin creative responses.
    • Deliver in-house seminars for the team covering and exploring industry trends and digital innovations. Identify areas where the agency could help brands connect with consumers on the digital front, and roll out such findings to relevant players within the agency team.


    Requirements

    • You could have a background in Creation, Strategy or Account Planning, but should have had a minimum of 4 years experience managing and planning digital accounts or projects in an integrated or digital communications agency.
    • You must possess proven experience in the Saudi market within the advertising industry, coupled with a strong understanding of market insights and trends.
    • Ability to influence senior-level thinking and to confidently lead cross-functional teams.
    • Proficiency in analyzing client briefs, setting goals, and optimizing strategic plans based on measured outcomes.
    • Excellent communication skills to articulate compelling strategic responses and co-author creative briefs.
    • Demonstrated leadership abilities to provide strategic guidance, lead workshops, and deliver seminars on industry trends and digital innovations.
    • Strong research skills to gather market insights, translate them into actionable strategies, and scrutinize client research for creative solutions.
    • Knowledge of digital platforms and trends, with the ability to integrate digital strategies into overall brand strategies.
    • Fluency in both Arabic and English
