    Improve manufacturing safety, quality, delivery lead times, and cost through the elimination of waste in the value stream. Collaborate with all departments to improve, and control processes and performance. Partner with assigned Value Streams to assist in strategic business planning. Identify short and long term improvement opportunities. Drive stability and control in the plant by solving problems to root cause using a data driven approach.
