JobDescription:

Our client is seekingexperienced Project Construction Managers preferably US or UKNationals to oversee and manage various construction projects. Theideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise projectmanagement skills and industry knowledge to ensure successfulprojectexecution.

Responsibilities:

• Manageall aspects of construction projects from initiation to completionensuring adherence to project timelines budgets and qualitystandards.
• Oversee site operations includingcoordination of resources materials and procurement to ensureefficient project progress.
• Utilize primaverasoftware and other project management tools to develop detailedproject schedules track progress and mitigate potentialdelays.
• Collaborate with engineering teamscontractors and stake holders to resolve technical issues andensure project specifications aremet.
• Implement effective documentation andreporting procedures maintaining accurate records of projectactivities expenditures and compliancedocumentation.
• Lead regular project meetingsproviding updates on project status addressing concerns andfacilitating communication among projectstakeholders.
• Proactively identify and mitigateproject risks implementing appropriate corrective actions to ensureprojectsuccess.

Requirements:

• Bachelorsdegree in mechanical engineering
• Strongunderstanding of project execution methodologies and siteoperations.
• Proficiency in Primavera softwareand other project schedulingapplications.
• Extensive experience in siteconstructions particularly in the installation ofsteel
• Storage tanks according to API 650standards silos pressure vessels and structural steelworks.
• Thorough knowledge of industryregulations and standards with focus on ensuring compliance withISO standards.
• Prior experience workingdirectly for main contractors with proven track record ofsuccessful projectdelivery.
