Help AG is looking for a talentedand experienced Marketing and Communications Specialist who willplay an important role in executing and tracking various internaland external marketing and communications campaigns. The role willencompass creative analytical digital commercial and administrativeresponsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head of Marketing and the team in implementation ofmarketing campaigns to ensure delivery within the setdeadlines.
• Support in preparation of marketingplans.
• Assist in managing marketingcalendar.
• Drive awareness of the brand andoverall brand image.
• Ensure content isconsistent in terms of style quality and tone ofvoice.
• Maintain an excellent working knowledgeof various services and solutions of Help AG.
• Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events andcampaigns.
• Support coordination and executionof events.
• Assist in analyzing marketing data(campaign results conversion rates traffic etc.) to help shapefuture marketing strategies.
• Coordinate withexternal agencies vendors and media outlets.
• Follow up on deliverables from various departments for marcomcampaigns.
• Project management of ongoingmarcom projects.
• Develop content incollaboration with various business units and externalagencies.
• Coordinate content and execution ofvideo marketing.
• Social media content creation(English and Arabic).
• Conduct market researchand analyze trends to identify new marketingopportunities.

Qualifications &Skills

• Proven experience as marketing specialist or similarrole.
• Bachelors degree in marketingcommunications business administration or a relatedfield.
• Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to multitask with a positive attitude and good timemanagement skills.
• Experience in PR andcommunications is preferable.
• Thoroughunderstanding of marketing elements (including traditional anddigital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and marketresearch methods.
• Highly organized and detailoriented.
• Skilled at maintainingcrossfunctional working relationships.
• Abilityto combine a storytelling approach with a commercial understandingof the business.
