• Create Master Engineering Plan forthe Naval Architectural Division of New Project consideringConstruction Schedule, Procurement and Detail/ProductionMP/MP.
• Evaluate Engineering Manpower withanalyzing changeable design workload for the Naval ArchitecturalDivision and Deploy engineers whereneeded.
• Develop and structure thedivision's engineering capabilities for the Discipline inline with the department's strategic developmentplan.
• Contribute to the professionaldevelopment of employees by providing training andmentoring.
