    Job Title:Project Manager Interiors KSA

    Location:Jeddah KSA

    Job Objective:

    Toproject manage all aspects of interior fit out from projectconfirmation through to client handover of project. Covering allaspects of fit out such as carpentry fabrication lininginstallation electrical and air conditioning installation allinterior finishes and FF&E provision for a wide variety ofevent projects in temporary structures.

    ProjectManage all aspects of the build and dismantle of temporarystructures prior to the interior fit out when Structures ProjectManager not available.

    KeyResponsibilities

    • Taking projectbriefs from the Client Account Management and Designerteam.
    • Attendance at Clientmeetings.
    • Acting as the main point of contactthroughout the installation and dismantling of projects.
    • Providing clear lines of communication to all partiesconcerned as the project develops.
    • Preparationof project path planners and full preproductionplanning.
    • Briefing and consulting withsubcontractors on project requirements and Harlequin workingstandards.
    • Ensuring that all parties includingHarlequin internal departments are fully briefed on all aspects ofthe project from preproduction throughout the installation andstrike.
    • Onsite management of complete projectsfor interior fit out and where necessary include structures installand dismantle.
    • Ensure Health and Safetystandards are always adhered to onsite and provide Work Methodstatements for all work conducted on site.
    • Manage all budgets relating to the physical delivery andexecution of projects within the defined objectives.
    • Onsite problem solving.
    • Closeliaison with Structures Foremen and Project Managers concerning allaspects of a structure build. Willingness to learn in detail abouttemporary structure builds.
    • Completion of allpaperwork and administrative procedures using Excel Word andemail.
    • Setting up of site office.
    • Debriefing team after project.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    Personal

    • A naturallyorganized person capable of multitasking and quickthinking.
    • Excellent communicator with strongleadership and man management skills
    • Apositive cando attitude is essential.
    • Mustenjoy and thrive on problemsolving and working under pressure andto deadlines.
    • Availability to work long hoursand be sitebased on some projects.
    • Able totake ownership and be accountable.

    Technical

    • Excellent Excelskills. Knowledge of Project Management software is anadvantage.
    • Thorough administrator with highdiligence.

    Education andExperience:

    • Diploma Levelqualification.
    • Driving licenseessential.
    • 5 years experience in commercialinterior fitout/exhibition stand and set building environment.Events experience an advantage but are not essential.
