Junior Credit Controller - Al Khobar

Job summary
The Junior Credit Controller is responsible for collecting debts from company debtors evaluating new credit requests ensuring timely payments of company debts processing invoices maintaining the sales ledger and providing administrative support where needed.Rentokil Boecker Junior Credit Controller is held accountable for the below job responsibilities:
- Submitting all invoices with proper documentation service reports breakdowns via email to customers at the beginning of each monthNegotiating payment plans with customers setting payment terms condition accordinglyMaintaining debt records conducting regular analysis of thcreditcontrol system implementing changes as needed to reduce bad debtsAnalyzing monitoring all assigned aged debtors in order to reduce outstanding debt ensuring prompt action taken for non-payment or continued late paymentOverseeing initiating collection calls concerned parties account holders in order to resolve all outstanding customers debts billing issues complex accountsPerforming customer accounts reconciliation on a monthly basis sharing outstanding balance with customers requiredRecording all debtor communications payment plans disputes OnGuard ensuring dashboards tracker sheets updated dailyFollowing up overdue invoices payments implementing company collections procedures necessaryReporting outstanding debt accounts payment issues management weeklyReviewing credit notes additional billings negotiating payment plans debtors requiredManaging service suspension process recovery debt actively chasing aged terrorizing debtor key accountsPreparing proposals delinquency accounts legal action may require reporting account disputes Finance management advise appropriate actionsProviding continuous coaching support credit control teams achieve departmental goals collection targetsSupporting team training new joiners collection systems OnGuard processes procedures.
