Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
• Oversee general leasing, treasury, and financial operations, enhancing efficiencies and optimizing costs.
• Develop and implement robust financial policies and procedures that comply with regulatory requirements and support business objectives.
• Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors, securing funding and managing cash flow effectively.
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and board members, supporting informed decision-making.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is a must.
• Proven experience in the Automotive or Retail Industry, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and challenges.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in a CFO role, demonstrating a successful track record in financial leadership.
• Strong expertise in general leasing, treasury management, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
• Exceptional leadership abilities, with the skill to manage and inspire a team towards achieving excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
