    Responsibilities

    • Answer and respond to incoming calls from customers in aprofessional and timely manner.
    • Provideaccurate information about our diagnostic services schedulingappointments and resolving client concerns.
    • Keep customer records uptodate and maintain a high levelof accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Followcall scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent and effectivecustomer service.
    • Collaborate with teamsacross the organization to address customer needs and ensure aseamless service experience.
    • Identify andescalate priority issues or complaints to the appropriatedepartment.
    • Meet individual and teamperformance targets and goals.
    • Stay uptodatewith company updates policies and industry trends
