Our client is seeking anexperienced conveyancer to provide locum support on a range ofresidential and commercial property transactions. This is anexciting opportunity to join a well-established, and forwardthinking law firm. The right candidate would be expected to drivegrowth in the department.

Asa qualified, professional conveyancing solicitor, youll specialisein property law and will work on behalf of our clients buying orselling houses, flats, business premises or land in England andWales.

Requirements

Ourclient is seeking someone who is both capable and confident inworking alone and able to hit the ground running picking up anexisting caseload. Furthermore, our client also requires thefollowing skills:

• At least 3yearsPQE
  
• Knowledgeof all current statutory and regulatoryrequirements
  
• Ensureall conveyancing transactions comply with all statutory andregulatoryrequirements
