Responsibilities:

• Leadsformation of project teams, assign tasks, schedules,andbudget
  
• Preparethe detailed project budget, scope of services and contract
  
• Coordinatesprojectschedule
  
• Conductsmeetings with the project team to discuss tasks, schedules, andbudgets
  
• Monitorproject schedule and budget from start of the project tocompletion
  
• Responsiblefor determining if a contract needs to be amended or changes needmade to project budget orscope
  
• Servesa primary client contact for selected projects
  
• Directsthe preparation of proposals andinterviews
  
• Leadclientinterviews
  
• Presentproposals/projects to clients
  
• Crossmarket other firm services to clients whenappropriate
  
• Responsiblefor timely invoicing and feecollection
  

Requirements:

• in civilengineering
  
• Mastersdegreepreferred
  
• 8+years ofexperience ofrelevantwater/wastewater engineeringexperience
  
• P.E.License
  
• Knowledgeof wastewater treatment process design for small and largesystems
