يُعد هذا التدريب فرصةً للمحترفين الطموحين في مجال الموارد البشرية لاكتساب خبرة عملية في بيئة ديناميكية. ستتعلم وتشارك في مختلف وظائف الموارد البشرية، بما في ذلك:
التوظيف والانضمام إلى العمل: المساعدة في البحث عن المرشحين، جدولة المقابلات، وتيسير انضمام الموظفين الجدد.
علاقات الموظفين: فهم سياسات الموارد البشرية والمساهمة في الحفاظ على ثقافة عمل إيجابية.
الإدارة البشرية: تعلم المهام الإدارية الأساسية، وإتقان إدارة ملفات الموظفين، والتوثيق، وحفظ السجلات.

Position: HR Apprentice
Duration: 1 Month (CPD certification granted at the end of duration)
Location: Al Rawdah- Al Riyadh or Online
About the Program:
This apprenticeship is an opportunity for aspiring HR professionals to gain real-world experience in a dynamic environment. You will learn and participate in various HR functions, including:
Recruitment & Onboarding: Assisting in candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
Employee Relations: Understanding HR policies and helping maintain positive workplace culture.
HR Administration: Learning essential administrative tasks and mastering employee file management, documentation, and record-keeping.
Compliance & Law: Introduction to HR law and compliance requirements, including labor laws and regulations.
Performance Management: Supporting processes for employee evaluations and tracking employee development.
Payroll & Benefits: Gaining insights into payroll processes and employee benefits.
