Arabic Computer Systems is seeking a skilled Data Center Operations Technician to join our team. As a leading technology company in Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a dedicated professional who is passionate about information technology and the services we provide to government entities and leading companies in the Middle East. The successful candidate will join our team of over 3,000 IT professionals and be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the data center operations for multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure security compliance is maintained at the data center level.
• Work with team members to maintain accurate inventory and asset management procedures.
• Assist with the implementation of new infrastructure deployments.
• Replacement of third-party parts needed for cooling operations within data centers
• Replacing the current oils for the generators and doing regular maintenance for them
• Checking cooling systems and submitting periodic reports on their status
• Examination of electricity generation and energy conservation systems and periodic maintenance
• Ensure the integrity of data center cabins accessories
• Replacing and checking refrigeration filters periodically
• Maintenance and replacement of generator spare parts
• Ensuring the safety of data centers by maintaining low temperatures that ensure the safety of technical equipment
• Ensuring the safety of data centers by maintaining the electric current necessary to operate the technical equipment, which causes damage.
• Ensure efficient data centers
• Ensure the continuity of work data centers
• Applying international best practices for managing data centers.
• Developing the performance of the data centers of the Ministry of Justice, which ensures the improvement of the performance of data centers
• Submit reports for data centers on the level of performance and efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Cisco and Juniper network equipment.
• Experience in data center infrastructure management.
• Fundamental understanding of AC and DC power systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
