    Job Description:-

    • The position requires complete responsibility for developing crucial business cases, involving strategic and market assessments, economic modeling, risk analysis, etc.
    • This role plays a key part in aiding senior leadership decisions on major project investments and capital allocation.
    • The role actively participates in making Techno-Economic decisions that influence project economics.
    • Continuous monitoring of the business case and identifying opportunities for value creation/optimization is expected.
    • Additionally, the role involves presenting the Business Case to stakeholders, including Steering Committees, to facilitate investment decision-making.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or economics.
    • Financial Modelling & Valuation Analyst Certificate, CMA, or similar certification from an accredited institute is preferred.

    Minimum Experience:

    • 8-12 years of experience in Business Case Development, Financial Modeling, Financial Planning & Analysis, or investment planning.
    • Experience in M&A or similar functions within a petrochemicals or industrial organization.
    • Strong knowledge of the petrochemical industry and experience working in a global organizational environment.

    Skills Required:

    • In accordance with Skills guidelines and framework for this Career Line and Grade.
    • Key skills include problem solving, conflict management, negotiation, networking, management accounting, financial/economic modeling using Excel.
    • Ability to understand production processes, review and challenge mass balances, and comprehend inter-dependencies between existing and new schematics of plants.
