• Coordinate efficient assignment ofstaff among projects with Operations Manager, Project Executive orSenior Project Manager
• Be a champion of theManhattan Guiding Principles at all levels
• Leadthe development and implementation of pursuit plans to acquire newclients in coordination with Business Development/Marketing,including proposals, presentations, and RMPprocesses
• Manage and develop relationships withclients, designers, consultants and internal Manhattanclients
• Be the Manhattan representative in theindustry and in the community by having an active role (i.e. serveon industry committees or boards, volunteering at keyevents)
