What you will do
As the Lead/Manager for Lifelong Learning at Noon, you will play a pivotal role in building and shaping the Lifelong Learning vertical, a new global initiative launching initially in Saudi Arabia. This is a generalist position that demands versatility in various domains, including strategy, product development, curriculum building, learning / instructional design, delivery, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will be at the forefront of defining the strategic vision and roadmap for Noon's Lifelong Learning, contributing to its growth and success.
Responsibilities:
Research and Strategy
Conduct thorough research in the lifelong learning space to define a comprehensive strategic vision and roadmap.
Identify trends and opportunities to inform strategic decisions for the Lifelong Learning vertical and specific learning themes under the vertical
Course Development and Curriculum Building:
Lead the development of new courses and learning streams within the Lifelong Learning vertical including selecting segments & audiences to focus on
Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts for needs analysis, defining scope and learning outcomes & building a robust curriculum.
Design, Development & Delivery of Learning Journey:
Support the design and development of the end-to-end learning journey, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, e.g. Instructional Designers, Operations & GTM team to ensure that the learning experience is meeting the defined outcomes
About you
At least a Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience, preferably with some background in an edtech startup in a learning design or product-related role.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus but not necessary.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiastic about the Generative AI space and its evolving applications.
Dynamic individuals comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
