Eram Talent, a division of ERAM Group, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager (Offshore) (UAE) to join their team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of offshore projects in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all offshore project activities.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee project budget and schedule, and ensure effective resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and other project documentation.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
• Manage project changes and ensure timely resolution of any issues or conflicts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Lead and mentor project team members.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in offshore project management, preferably in the UAE
• Proven track record of successfully delivering offshore projects on time and within budget
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of offshore regulations and standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Experience in risk assessment and mitigation
• PMP certification is a plus
