Job Title: Maintenance Sales Engineer

Job Purpose:

To manage customer relationships, opportunities from current and new customers and close deals professionally in order to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and market penetration within the assigned market segment.

Key responsibilities include but no limited to:

• Achieve sale targets set by the Maintenance / Service Sales Manager.
• Constantly conduct visits to clients and provide them with the latest information about various service facilities in order to make sure the renewal of contract and future proposed project for new sales.
• Secure and generate opportunities and projects with possible prospects.
• Closely work with contracts department when preparing contracts and get their inputs.
• Assemble and maintain records on competitors such as range of products, strengths, weaknesses, and pricing structure etc...
• Develop and conduct a yearly market intelligence survey.
• Establish and maintain powerful long-term relationships with customers.
• Documented customer details and data properly.
• Present clients and contractors of secured projects the Finance & Accounting Department as well as providing assistance when it comes to the collection of payments.
• Conduct periodical visits to clients and ask their concern on our services and always intend to improve it.
• Build and maintain customer relationships, achieve, or exceed sales objectives and targets, serve as a sales consultant to customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and solving complaints with the rest of Mitsubishi team.

Profile:

• At least 3 years of experience on service sales role in elevator industry.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Sales related field.
• Must be Bi-lingual (Arabic – English).
• Saudi Only.
