    Sihamco Group is seeking an experienced Facility & F&B Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our facilities and food & beverage establishments. As the Facility & F&B Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all our facilities are in excellent condition and meeting all safety and quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing the maintenance team, coordinating maintenance schedules, and overseeing the efficient functioning of all F&B equipment and systems.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of all facilities and F&B equipment.
    • Manage a team of maintenance staff, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
    • Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.
    • Conduct regular inspections to identify equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or other maintenance-related issues.
    • Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance works.
    • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, sanitation standards, and quality control procedures in the F&B establishments.
    • Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment needed for maintenance purposes.
    • Prepare maintenance budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
    • Implement energy-saving initiatives and recommend sustainable solutions to reduce operational costs.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in facility and F&B maintenance practices.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility and F&B maintenance, preferably in a managerial role.
    • Strong knowledge of facility maintenance practices, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
    • Experience with food & beverage equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Good understanding of safety and quality standards in F&B establishments.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in computer-aided facilities management (CAFM) systems is a plus.
