- Identifiy requirement and businessopportunity from Customer/ Partner meeting, develop projecttechnology strategy by understanding key client objectives;diagnosing and mapping client requirements; articulating solutionrisks and barriers; recommending project approaches; preparing timeand cost estimates; and planning full project lifecycle.
- Prepare and deliver the business valuesolutions for customers, including proposal writing, presentation,and conduct proof-of-concept to showcase its technical feasibilitywhen necessary.
- Understand main industries(such as retail, banking, construction, health care, etc.) securityor infrastructure requirement. Propose technical solutions andoversee the selection of technologies and estimate resourcesrequired to develop the proposed solutions to meetcustomer's requirements.
