- Communicate with landlords using various channels (telephone & email)
- Review and research existing and/or new leases using the Companys database/software system internet and other sources
- Resolve issues in a timely manner and escalate unresolved issues when needed
- Enter data into the Companys database/software system
- Liaise with the Lease Processor Team to ensure correct issuing of leasing documents
- Assist with the new employee training delivery
- Attend client meetings when required
- Maintain orderly records of all the documentation
- Ad hoc duties as assigned from timetotime.
- Professional level German both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Great communicator with sound negotiation and persuasion skills
- Comfortable communicating using various channels (primarily telephone)
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
- Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in timely manner
- Ability to perform independently while being team player at the same time
- High school degree is mandatory. Academic degree will be considered as an advantage
- Experience in Customer Service
- Previous experience from the mortgage/insurance/real estate industry will be considered as an advantage.
