Job summary
This Procurement & Collections Specialist will manage procurement processes including purchase orders evaluation contracts negotiation liaising vendors analyzing data managing budgets supporting collection activities ensuring timely payments daily tasks may include tracking procurement payment schedules preparing necessary documentation maintaining accurate records prepare float RFPs RFQs to vendors distributors source evaluate vendor quotations secure optimal pricing terms draft process Purchase Orders POs accordance organizational policies coordinate suppliers finance ensure timely payments resolve billing issues monitor follow deliveries ensure timely receipt goods services maintain detailed vendor records agreements performance evaluations logged BDM deals CRM follow customers outstanding payments agreed terms prepare share aging reports collection status management coordinate sales finance teams resolve billing dispute issues ensure timely receipt payments update collection records escalate long-pending high-risk receivables appropriately show more lessوصف الوظيفة
