Our client a premier medicalfacility is currently looking for a Sr. Nurse ClinicianOncology/Cancer Care to be based in Eastern Province Saudi Arabia.For this role you will have the followingresponsibilities:

• Participates in theplanning implementing and evaluating patient care conferences andunit inservices.
  
• Evaluates patientcare supplies/equipment and gives input to the chargenurse/supervisor. Serves as direct clinical resource in thedevelopment review revisionand
  
• implementation of nursingpolicies and procedures standards of care and applicable medicalorganization policies.
  
• Representsunit or department on committees special interest groups and taskforces. Treats customers (guests patients nurses physicians andother employees) with
  
• courtesyrespect and caring behaviors.
  
• Alwaysanswers a patient s call light/bell even if it is not an assignedpatient and always takes the initiative to assist thepatient.
  
• Presents a positive imageof the hospital through professional appearance andbehavior.
  
• Maintains confidentialityby choosing the appropriate persons time and place for patientrelated discussions.
  
• Immediatelybrings abnormal findings to the attention of the ChargeNurse.
  
• Supports unit culture ofquality and safety.
  
• Assures patientcomfort and dignity measures during transport withoutexception.
  
• Frequently checks for andreads allcommunication/minutes.
  

Requirements

Tobe considered for this role you need to meet the followingcriteria:

• A Bachelors Degree inNursing is required.
  
• Candidates mustpossess a minimum of 5 years of experience in ClinicalNursing.
  
• 2 years experience inCancer Care unit/Oncology.
  
• Must beeligible to take the SCFHSexam.
  
• Preferably with valid SCFHSNursing Specialist/Technicianlicense/certificate.
  
• Currentlicensure as a professional registerednurse.
  
• Proficient inEnglish
