Description
JASARA PMC is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to join our team. As a leading program management company, we are committed to delivering excellence in every project we undertake.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual who is passionate about project management and has a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.

Responsibilities
Has the overall responsibility for the management of all supervision staff in the projects. Acts as main coordinator between client senior management and site teams. Sets the overall direction and leadership of the PMC program.

Is responsible for the overall performance of the Program including program performance, cost, schedule, safety and quality as well as staff performance.

Has experience in the infrastructure and buildings and has construction management experience on mega infrastructure/building/architectural projects. Must have thorough knowledge of engineering design development, construction practices, economic principles, international codes, standards, procedures and specifications. Has experience at senior management/director level as well as having extensive experience in Client facing roles.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field Minimum of 25 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficiency in project management software Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
