To help support their growth, Eram Talent is seeking a Strategy & Market Analyst to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Conducting Joint Ventures (JV) financial statement reviews.
• Conducting performance financial Due Diligence, Monitoring and Issuing JV performance and KPI Reports/Dashboards, and Reviewing Joint Ventures Investment Business Plan and Operating Plan.
• Supporting the cooperate board members for issues related to the current investments for all board related activities.
• Reviewing Joint Ventures future capital growth and propose potential investment.
• Interface with various corporate organization, like Legal, Corporate Finance, Human Resources, Mentoring, developing, and providing expertise guidance for young workforce.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in economics or finance. Minors in Accounting or Statistics desirable. Master's Degree desirable.
• Twelve (12) years' experience in multinational business or international finance.
• Strong background in financial management and analysis, commercial law, taxation, investments, banking and foreign exchange.
• Professional experience with computerized financial systems desirable.
