    Eram Talent, a leading and independent Talent Acquisition Consultancy operating in the Oil & Energy industry, is currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their team. As a division of ERAM Group, E-Talent has a global reach and extensive network of high-potential professionals with sophisticated skills.

    In this key leadership role, the CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company's operations, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring the financial health and stability of the organization. The CFO will play a crucial role in driving financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and investment decisions, as well as streamlining financial processes and implementing best practices.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and oversee the financial department, including accounting, financial planning & analysis, treasury, tax, and audit.
    • Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to drive the company's financial performance and growth.
    • Oversee the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Provide strategic financial guidance and analysis to the senior management team and board of directors.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
    • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, financial institutions, and investors.
    • Identify and assess potential investment opportunities, mergers, and acquisitions.
    • Implement and improve financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Mentor and develop the finance team, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA qualification is strongly preferred.
    • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or senior financial leadership role.
    • Extensive knowledge and understanding of financial management principles, accounting standards, and financial regulations.
    • Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and strategy development.
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a high level of adaptability and resilience.
    • Experience in the Oil & Energy industry is highly desirable.
    • Knowledge of international financial markets and investment strategies.
    • Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
