This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Real Estate Development at Alfarooque Co. The Director of Real Estate Development will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's real estate development projects in Jeddah. Day-to-day tasks associated with the role include conducting feasibility studies, project management, due diligence, budgeting, and more.

• Expertise in Real Estate Development
• Experience in conducting feasibility studies and due diligence
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
• Ability to effectively manage project budgets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Real Estate or Business Administration
• Master's degree in a related field is a plus
