    **Outlet Manager**

    Reports to: Operations Manager

    Job Location: Riyadh, KSA

    About the Job:

    The Branch Manager oversees daily operations, handles customer complaints, and generates financial reports. Collaborates closely with the Head Chef to oversee food production.

    Duties:

    • Ensure all employees adhere to company rules and fulfill their assigned responsibilities, recognizing that duties may extend beyond specific tasks outlined.
    • Maintain professional conduct by showing respect and courtesy to colleagues, adhering to the dress code, and utilizing professional communication skills.
    • Proper hygiene, accurate attendance, and mindful use of company property are essential for maintaining professionalism.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform a shift checklist at the beginning of every shift; take action regarding any problem that might occur during the upcoming shift.
    • Hold daily meetings to discuss targets, guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives to ensure all targets are met.
    • Deliver quality service during all shifts, including off-days and holidays.
    • Evaluate staff monthly performance and submit the report to the Brand Manager or Operation Manager.
    • FOLLOW THE PROFIT & LOSS TARGET FROM THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT.
    • Oversee food preparation and handling, ensuring compliance with health safety and international hygiene standards.
    • Ensure the location reaches the monthly target set by the operation team.
    • Skim the cashier drawer and count the money in front of the cashier before submitting the Daily Sales Report.
    • Monitor employees to ensure performance expectations are met.
    • Act regarding any spoiled or damaged food items and document what action was taken regarding the issue.
    • Ensure proper storage of ingredients, especially highly perishable ones such as meat, poultry, milk products, and so on.
    • Monitor and coordinate inventory and purchases of food and supplies.
    • Aware of what is present in stock and manage back-of-house orders or requests of products.
    • Handles customer complaints and resolves issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner.
    • Ensure consistency in quality and portion size of serving and take-away dishes.
    • Submit monthly Inventory report to Brand Manager, Operation, and Finance Departments.
    • He handles the weekly schedule of shifts related to all staff and provides plans to deal with absences and vacations.
    • Coordinate with Guest Experience Specialist to communicate customer complaints and reach best solutions.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Management
    • Minimum 3 years of experience as a restaurant branch manager
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Basic Microsoft skills
    • Ability to send and read reports
    • Professional English and Arabic language
    • Team leader
