    Purpose:

    As an Account Manager (Retention) at Lucidya, you will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening client relationships. Your primary focus will be on renewing existing accounts and expanding the accounts by upsell or cross-sell other Lucidya products. This should be maintained under ensuring client satisfaction.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer net revenue retention (renewal and expansion).
    2. Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and address concerns.
    3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operation.
    4. Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
    5. Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction, account health and all metrics affecting our NRR.
    6. Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues related to retention.
    7. Results-driven approach with a focus on meeting and exceeding retention targets.

    Requirements

    1. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is required (a master's degree is advantageous).
    2. Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, and ability to communicate effectively and professionally in English.
    3. Demonstrated expertise in sales-related positions, specifically in areas like account management or client retention.
    4. Established background in roles related to solutions consulting.
    5. Skilled in identifying and analyzing client needs/requirements and offering tailored sales solutions.
    6. Experience in negotiating contracts and closing sales deals.
    7. Proficient in conducting presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
    8. Strong focus on data-driven decision-making, aimed at achieving measurable outcomes.
