- provide a professional and effective service to manage the call center, CAFM system and to ensure that the asset and PPM data in the CAFM system is accurately input and consistently maintained to meet statutory, contractual, SFG20, and CIT standards and that maintenance strategies in place are appropriate to the client business needs.
- You will manage and maintain the FMR (Forward Maintenance Register) which will be used by the Operational Management Team for input to the client's annual capital plan submission.
- Build a strong working relationship with internal and external customers including subcontractors to ensure that all services are delivered in a professional, timely, and cost-effective manner.
