    We are seeking an extraordinary MASTER PASTRY CHEF to join the team of a luxury dining concept in Riyadh.

    You will lead the artistic symphony of the dessert program, ensuring every bite elevates the dining experience to sublime heights.

    Your reign will encompass meticulous recipe execution, crafting innovative new delights, and overseeing production while fostering a thriving, passionate team

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Master Pastry Chef in a high-end culinary environment
    • Relevant culinary qualifications and certification
    • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Master Pastry Chef or Executive Pastry Chef

    Recipe Mastery:
    Executing existing recipes flawlessly, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.

    Recipe Development:
    Innovating new desserts and dishes, experimenting with flavors and techniques to keep menus fresh and exciting.

    Flavor Profiles:
    Understanding and balancing flavors, textures, and temperatures to create harmonious and memorable desserts.

    Food Science:

    Possessing a deep understanding of the science behind baking, including the interaction of ingredients, dough development, and temperature control.


    Production and Management:

    Production Planning:
    Ensuring the kitchen staff produces sufficient pastries to meet daily demand, often involving complex calculations and adjustments.

    Inventory Management:
    Ordering and maintaining optimal ingredient stocks, preventing waste and ensuring timely availability.

    Equipment Maintenance:
    Upholding proper care and hygiene of kitchen equipment, including ovens, mixers, and specialized pastry tools.

    Cost Control:
    Implementing efficient production methods and managing ingredient costs to maintain profitability.
    Leadership and Team Building

    Mentorship and Training:
    Guiding and instructing pastry team members, sharing knowledge, and fostering a positive learning environment.

    Delegation and Supervision:
    Effectively assigning tasks, prioritizing workloads, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations

    Quality Control:
    Maintaining rigorous standards for hygiene, presentation, and taste, ensuring every pastry meets the highest expectations.

    Communication and Collaboration:

    Working closely with the head chef and other kitchen staff to develop cohesive menus and contribute to the overall dining experience.
