• Support the Service Partner withtraining and mentoring janitorial staff to perform their duties tothe highest standards, with a focus on luxury service delivery, useof proper techniques, and care for high-endfinishes.
• Ensure the team is adept at usingadvanced cleaning equipment and technologies, incorporatingeco-friendly practices and materials in line with NEOM'ssustainability goals
