    JobDescription:
    We seek a highly motivated andresultsdriven Sales Team Lead to join our clients dynamic team. Asa Sales Team Lead you will generate leads and close sales in afastpaced and competitive market. The successful candidate willhave excellent communication and negotiation skills and a proventrack record of exceeding salestargets.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Developand execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets andexpand the customerbase.
    • Build andmaintain strong relationships with existing and potentialcustomers.
    • Identify andpursue new business opportunities through market research andnetworking.

    Qualifications:

    • Abachelors degree in engineering or Business Administration orrelated.
    • 37 years of provensales experience in the same field andterritory.
    • Excellent writtenand verbal communicationskills.
    • Strong presentationand negotiationskills.
    • Ability to build andmaintain strong customerrelationships.
    • Selfmotivatedwith a resultsdrivenapproach.
    • Ability towork independently and as part of ateam.
    • Strongtime management and organizationalskills.
    • High proficiency inMS Office and CRMsoftware.
