    Responsibilities:

    • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, including developing and executing digital marketing strategies, monitoring performance, providing regular reporting and analysis, and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients and partners
    • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with client business goals and objectives
    • Develop and maintain budgets and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing proposals and pitches and participating in client meetings and presentations
    • Build and maintain a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including trends, technologies, and best practices
    • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth
    • Build and manage a team of digital marketing specialists responsible for executing campaigns, providing guidance and support as needed
    • Build the business vertical by creating new digital marketing revenue streams and expanding existing ones

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
    • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on account management and business development
    • Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email, sms, & content marketing) that drive results for clients
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members at all levels
    • Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing proposals and pitches and participating in client meetings and presentations
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and insights to inform strategy and decision-making
    • Experience of hiring and managing a team of digital marketing specialists, with a focus on mentorship and professional development
