Job_Description :
-Report Development: Design and create advanced reports and dashboards using reporting tools, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business needs.
-Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing valuable insights for business stakeholders.
-Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with internal departments to understand reporting requirements, translating complex business needs into actionable reporting solutions.
-Data Governance: Implement and maintain data governance best practices to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across reporting systems.
-Tool Expertise: Stay current on reporting tools and technologies, providing recommendations for improvements and upgrades to enhance reporting capabilities.
-Automated Reporting Solutions: Develop and implement automated reporting solutions to streamline the reporting process and improve overall efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to integrate reporting solutions into existing systems and workflows.
-Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and checks on reports to ensure data integrity, adherence to standards, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
-Training and Documentation: Provide training to end-users on report interpretation and usage, and create comprehensive documentation for reporting solutions.
-Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek opportunities to optimize reporting processes, enhance data visualization, and improve overall reporting effectiveness.
- Collaborating with site managers, surveyors, engineers, site worker and other professionals.
- Monitor the schedule updates / KPIs / Manpower and SC Efficiency / Productivities / Wastages Factors and raise flags / review corrective plans on identified slippages and progress delays.
-Preparing two weeks look ahead plan for site team.
- Liaising with site managers and engineers to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise after coordinating with Senior planning engineer.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree Engineering.
-Proven experience as a Reporting Specialist or in a similar role.
-Proficiency in reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
-Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with database management and SQL.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
