    We are looking for an Arabic speaker professional to act as a commercial manager for a leading medical equipments company based in Riyadh .


    • Achieving the agreed on sales quota per supplier per area.
    • Ensure a proper implementation of the commercial plans by adopting the best Sales force measures in relation to the industry trend.
    • Prepare a monthly report, including sales funnel, customer relationship management (CRM) and market information system (MIS) including all marketing activities and market trends.
    • Build a strong relationship with our customers in order to maintain a good revenue growth.
    • Develop a pricing strategy to ensure the right market position and maintain the proper market share.
    • Manage the inventory through an appropriate plan and policy
    • Guide the subordinate in regards of the resource allocation, the personnel decisions and the business priorities.
    • Drive areas through periodic visits to achieve the targets.
    • Fully legally responsible and accountable for applying the company rules during the sales process, delivery and service as per international standard of the revenue recognition.
    • Insure the implementation of all his suppliers strategies in the Saudi Market and maintain a strong continuous relationship with his suppliers.
