• Manages the team that has theresponsibility for construction oversight and compliance ofcontractors, ensuring works are carried out as per the drawings,specifications and standards, as per schedule and ensurescompliance to ES&H plans, quality standards andlocal/national regulatory safety codes.
• Overseeperformance of the general contractors, project status, schedule,cost control, change management systems.
• Leadand coordinate with contractors, engineers, client, and otherstakeholders involved in substructure and superstructureworks.
• Leads input to ensure continuousconstruction work fronts availability through review of look aheadschedules, commodity charts, resource charts, engineeringdeliverables, material delivery schedules and any other servicerequirements including contractorsubmittals.
