    We are seeking a talented and dedicated Saudi national with 2 to 5 years of experience as an Active Directory (AD) Administrator to join a government entity as an outsourced team member. As an AD Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Active Directory infrastructure, ensuring secure access control and seamless operation of essential user and group management functions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Active Directory Management: Administer, configure, and maintain the Active Directory infrastructure, including domain controllers, domain services, and group policies.
    2. User and Group Management: Create, modify, and disable user accounts, manage group memberships, and ensure proper access control according to organizational policies.
    3. Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce security policies, access controls, and password policies to safeguard sensitive government data. Ensure compliance with government regulations and security standards.
    4. Active Directory Design: Collaborate with IT architects and other stakeholders to design and implement efficient and scalable Active Directory structures that align with the entity's needs.
    5. Group Policy Management: Develop, implement, and manage group policies to configure and secure endpoints and servers across the organization.
    6. Authentication and Authorization: Configure and manage authentication and authorization processes, including integration with Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
    7. Active Directory Monitoring: Set up monitoring tools to proactively identify and address issues within the Active Directory environment, ensuring high availability and reliability.
    8. Backup and Recovery: Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies to protect against data loss and minimize downtime.
    9. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of Active Directory configurations, policies, and incident reports for reference and audit purposes.
    10. Support and Troubleshooting: Provide support to end-users and IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve Active Directory-related issues promptly and efficiently.
    11. Capacity Planning: Monitor resource usage and performance metrics to plan for capacity upgrades and scalability.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • 2 to 5 years of experience in Active Directory administration.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Group Policy, and Azure Active Directory.
    • Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, are advantageous.
    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
