    About our client:

    Our Client operates in the Oil and Energy industry, with its headquarters rooted strongly in Saudi Arabia. It has its branches spread to more than 50 countries, providing employment to more than 68,500 people all over the world. They fall under the Fortune 500 Companies. They are one of the world's largest oil producers. They are constantly growing by creating new technologies through its Research and Development efforts and branch into new business lines through Investments and Acquisitions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Analyze demand, demographics, infrastructure and overall market evolution for the geographical areas where the retail activities are present or where there is intention to expand.
    • Develop site segmentation tools and evaluate competitive scenario.
    • Review operational details, investment valuations, plans, costs, and actions.
    • Oversee the development of the retail operating models, the merchandising strategy, supply chain and partnerships for the c-store operation.
    • Coordinate across markets the offer for the car washes and oil change services.
    • Oversee the introduction of specialty fuel products and coordinate pricing strategies across markets and affiliates.
    • Ensure the transfer of best practices in retail operations across the markets and affiliates.
    • Set up an investment review process and implement a regular performance analysis for new investments to verify the achievements against the original business plan parameters. Make recommendations both in terms of investment planning and definition of assumptions.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor in Business administration, Marketing, Economics or Engineering discipline
    • At least ten years of experience in fuel retail operations matured at different organizational levels within major international oil companies.
    • Exposure to corporate level / international oversight roles is essential.
