- Provide on-site Technical support and maintenance services to mission critical enterprise systems.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues at the infrastructure layers.
- Setup, Implementation, Performance tuning and Maintenance System Software such as Operating system,Database server, Application server.
- Ensures high availability and acceptable levels of performance of mission critical host computer resources.
- Creates and maintains appropriate system documentation.
- Work closely with the team to ensure timely completion of client deliverables.
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related fields.
- Age not over 30 years
- Experience in Linux will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of CMM, UML and RUP will be an advantage.
- Good in written and spoken English.
- Strong leadership qualities with business sense and managerial experience.
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in both technical and business issues.
