    Responsibilities:

    • Deliversales performance brand KPIs financial targets marketing objectivesetc. in order to meet or exceed on those objectives;
    • Create precall plan using SMART objectives and executepostcall evaluation in order to continuously improve salesperformance. Effectively handle objections misunderstandingsconcerns and consistently gain logical and reasonable calls toaction in order to close on every sales call;
    • Proactively and continuously aspire to serve customerneeds customer expectations and challenges in order to buildtrusted customer relationships and to achieve winwin agreementsbetween AbbVie and customers;
    • Develop andexecute a call plan that achieves set call metrics and optimizescoverage and frequency to key customers in order to maximize accessand sales opportunities;
    • Continuously buildunderstanding on customer needs and expectations territory marketlandscape competitors market segments/dynamics accounts diseaseproduct clinical and sales expertise and share this marketintelligence information with infield team brand team and salesmanager to achieve alignment to anticipate environmental changesand challenges and to to optimize brand strategy and itsexecution;
    • Differentiate AbbVies valueproposition with health providers assigned and identify develop andmaintain disease state experts and speakers/advocates in order tomaximize brand performance.

    Requirements:

    • Any governmental and/or or legal mandatory certificationrequirements as by respective countrys laws and/or regulations (ifapplicable);
    • Bachelors degree biologicalsciences pharmacy business related field or equivalent;
    • Proven track record of success sales performance withinrespective therapeutic areas and strong presentationskills;
    • Demonstrates indepth scientifictherapeutic product and competitive knowledge and is recognized asan expert resource by all relevant stakeholders;
    • Strong business acumen and proficient use of businesstools; possesses strategic and critical thinkingcapabilities;
    • Proactively identifies customerstyle / behavior and adapts quickly all aspects of sellingapproach;
    • Operates effectively in a matrixenvironment;
    • Offers innovative ideas andsolutions to maximize business opportunities to address challenges.Provides impact with ideas for the larger organization andanticipates and responds to changes. Influences others & isviewed as a credible and respected role model and resource amongpeers. Builds collaborative partnership with district colleaguesand matrix team etc.;
    • English languageproficiency verbally and in writing (for all nonEnglish speakingcountries).
