Job Description

As an Associate Director, Product Management at Publicis Sapient, you'll be the linchpin, collaborating with clients to craft and execute product strategies that revolutionize customer experiences and drive unprecedented business outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

Partnering with clients, consultants, and strategists to crystallize business objectives and value pools, forming the foundation for groundbreaking product propositions.

Iteratively developing solution hypotheses through meticulous analysis, guiding product development, and validating these concepts via user testing.

Translating product strategy into a comprehensive roadmap of prioritized user stories and features, aligning with the client's vision for sustained competitive advantage.

Establishing measurable goals and success criteria using impactful metrics and KPIs to track quantifiable business outcomes.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need:

A track record of managing digital products, from inception to launch, demonstrating expertise in both strategy and execution.

‍ Experience collaborating in multidisciplinary teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.

Deep industry knowledge within travel and hospitality, ensuring an in-depth understanding of market dynamics.

Proven ability to navigate and prioritize amidst competing demands, securing stakeholder buy-in.

Proficiency in design thinking principles, leveraging workshops to foster innovation.

Strong problem-solving abilities, optimizing value while navigating technical constraints
