    RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Provide admin support to CEO in daily activities.

    2. Manage multiple or complex calendars for meetings, travel, hotel accommodation, venue, and other

    commitments.

    3. Keep the calendar up to date for monthly meetings.

    4. Manage the CEO's phone calls & ensure that the CEO attends all important meetings.

    5. Perform Executive support work, such as preparation of presentations for meetings, memos, letters, reports,

    correspondence, and other documents as directed.

    6. Ensure that all incoming/outgoing letters, legal documents, invoices, and couriers are collected on time and

    distributed to the concerned person and maintain their confidentiality.

    7. Distribute reports and other related papers for managers & develop summary reports and data analysis as

    directed by the CEO.

    8. Support logistic services such as Customer documentation records, tracking shipments, dispatching, and maintain

    a consistent filling system such as Local and Overseas.

    9. Manage and keep up to date the office seating and communications plans.

    10. Prepare all necessary documents and schedules for the Audit and Risk Committee meetings and distribute them

    to all members for their perusal before arranging the meeting.

    11. Assist high-level executives in Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, and Marketing in their day-to-day activities.

    12. Perform any related tasks assigned by CEO.

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    1. Proven experience as Executive Secretary & common operating system.

    2. In depth knowledge of office management

    3. Effective communication skills.

    4. Time management and organization skills.

    5. Problem-solving skills.

    6. Proficient in Microsoft Applications.

    7. Proficient in English.
