Project Manager - Architectural Design

Join our team as a Project Manager - Architectural Design and take on the challenge of leading complex construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and manage product installations to meet client requirements.
• Develop and maintain material and construction specifications, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Oversee safety aspects of projects, including daily contractor safety meetings and quality control inspections.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain and update materials, equipment, and construction plans to ensure compliance with established codes and standards.
• Track project budgets and monitor expenditure against budget to ensure financial stability.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate architectural, engineering, and support staff to build a high-performing team.

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field.
• 5 to 7 years' proven experience as an architectural designer or architectural engineer.
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD (ideally with Revit experience as well).
• Ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree (required).
