    Responsibilities of the role

    • Organise and coordinate activities within a MENA region, where multiple offices are present, building engaging and inclusive culture, driving talent development and people processes, providing advisory to leaders and giving strategic support to business.
    • Act as the Main Focal Point for all internal areas within Globant, delivering operational and tactical HR solutions to support business leaders in their goals.
    • Promote, implement and monitor Globant and regional business strategies, policies and procedures customising these according to local culture to grow in geographical areas.
    • Represent Globant in the local/regional Community being the nexus with the government, educational institutions, chambers of commerce and citizens.
    • Identify government incentives and foster these agreements, and understand the educational capabilities of the region, working with Universities, High Schools, government training and Globant training capabilities to deliver courses in the region.
    • Elaborate and maintain regional talent maps describing internal (Globers) and external (labour market) composition. Be aware of region technology strengths, training capabilities and seniority map.
    • Define and execute a plan to encourage and support Glober's development and promote Globant culture and values.
    • Dedicate enough time to day-to-day matters (conflict resolution and definitions) with the purpose of ensuring the success of the strategic plan.
    • Monitor attrition and implement retention actions accordingly.

    Skills & Experience

    • Proven experience in similar management positions, managing teams and working in multicultural companies in fast-paced environments being responsible for onboarding, Learning and Development, Culture, Diversity, and Inclusion Support such as Compensation and the People journey process.
    • A genuine passion for promoting business and talent strategy within client organisations and leading local teams to success.
    • A professional, client-friendly, and consultative approach to work.
    • Outstanding communication skills (verbal, written, and visual) for engaging clients and internal teams.
    • Solid expertise in Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates ́s legislation, immigration, government regulations and incentives.
    • A proactive nature, openness to change, and the confidence to work outside one's comfort zone.
    • A highly collaborative approach suitable for a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment working on multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Ability to leverage and develop a network of professionals in the region willing to collaborate in business and talent development opportunities.
    • University degree in related fields
