• Ensure the implementation of thequality assurance system, conducts quality audits and monitors andrecords results from processes and procedures within manufacturingand ensure ongoing reliability of the manufacturingprocess.
• Oversight and conduct QA activities(RM/FG inspection, line Quality operations) that ensures theon-time delivery of accurate results and implementation ofproficiency testing and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) for the QALaboratories.
• Conducts physio-chemical tests on theraw and process materials using approved procedures at requiredfrequencies and entry in LIMS. Ensures that the correct materialsare used in beverage production and sees to it that the beverageproduced complies tospecifications.
