• Develop and manage crew schedules to ensure adequate staffing for vessel operations, taking into account crew availability, qualifications, and certifications.
• Assign vessels to specific routes or trips based on operational requirements, vessel availability, and maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate and communicate with crew members to ensure they are aware of their assignments, departure times, and responsibilities.
