• Utilize your extensive contractor risk management experience to assess, analyze, and evaluate risks associated with project contractors.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify potential risks early in the project life cycle and develop effective strategies for mitigation.

• Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify and categorize project risks, both internal and external.
• Work closely with project stakeholders, contractors, and team members to ensure a comprehensive understanding of potential risks.

• Develop and implement robust risk mitigation plans to avoid potential costs and protect project margins.
• Facilitate communication between project teams and contractors to address and resolve identified risks promptly.

• Proactively identify opportunities for cost avoidance through strategic risk management.
• Collaborate with project teams to implement measures that safeguard project budgets and financial objectives.

• Play a key role in protecting project margins by implementing effective risk management strategies.
