Deliver External Reports to Governmental Entities and Stakeholders: Gather data from various internal and external sources relevant to governmental reporting requirements Analyse data to ensure accuracy completeness and relevance for external reporting Prepare detailed reports that meet the specific requirements of governmental entities and stakeholders Ensure reports are formatted according to external standards and guidelines Verify that all data included in external reports complies with regulatory compliance standards Submit reports to governmental entities and stakeholders within specified deadlines Communicate effectively with external parties to address any queries or clarifications regarding the reports Handle Urgent and Ad-Hoc Requests from Senior Leadership with Short Turnaround Times Receive prioritize urgent ad-hoc requests from senior leadership Assess the scope requirements of each request determine the necessary actions Quickly gather analyse relevant data respond to urgent requests Prepare concise accurate reports presentations address specific needs senior leadership Coordinate departments teams gather necessary information insights Collaborate stakeholders ensure timely effective responses urgent requests Ensure all urgent responses maintain high standards accuracy quality Implement checks validations prevent errors reliability information Stay informed about regulations compliance adhere latest specifications Develop standardize templates formats report Implement best practices presentation meeting specifications Prioritize critical issues enable fast responsive reporting Identify critical issues require immediate attention prioritise tasks allocate resources high-priority issues Effectively develop streamlined processes implementation tools technologies enhance speed efficiency report generation Requirements Bachelor degree Computer science related field Master degree plus Experience Minimum 6 years experience internal reporting analysis related field Proven experience developing customs zakat tax domains desirable Strong experience SQL working different warehouse technologies Teradata preference Proficiency Tableau Power BI similar platforms Strong knowledge analytical statistical methods Experience integration automation tools e.g SQL Python R Excellent analytical problem-solving skills Communication interpersonal skills collaborate stakeholders Ability work independently manage multiple priorities fast-paced environment Relevant certifications analytics communication preferred
